William Nylander has been dealing with a tough injury thus far in the playoffs after playing all 82 games in the regular season, and it's now reportedly forcing him out of game three as well.
Despite taking part in practice on Wednesday, the news is not good once again for Toronto Maple Leafs fans, as Elliotte Friedman has confirmed that William Nylander will miss a crucial game three against the Boston Bruins.
Several insiders, including TSN's Mark Masters have confirmed that Nylander did not take the ice for warmup, showing that while he's improving, it's not quite time for a return.

The team remain hopeful that he will return at some point, with confidence that they can get past the Bruins and go deep in the playoffs, but for now, no word yet on when a return will be coming for No. 88.
