Still hearing Alex Galchenyuk will soon sign with SKA. They got work to do to fit in under the cap. #KHL
Galchenyuk will be joining the number one KHL team and will be competing for a championship alongside players like Brendan Leipsic and Matvei Michkov.
Galchenyuk has had a rough NHL career thus far that has not seen sustained success. He was signed to a contract by the Arizona Coyotes earlier this offseason but had it terminated 12 days later after he got into some legal trouble.
With SKA he will look to have a larger role and will look to prove himself worthy of returning to the NHL.
