BREAKING: Jonathan Huberdeau Leaves Game After Scary Knee Injury
Jonathan Huberdeau went to the dressing room after a dirty knee-on-knee hit from an opposing player.
Huberdeau Injured
Preseason hockey is underway and currently, the Calgary Flames are playing the Vancouver Canucks.
About halfway through the second period, Jonathan Huberdeau was the victim of a knee-on-knee hit.
Jonathan Huberdeau went to the dressing room after this knee on knee hit with Matt Irwin.
For the Flames and their fanbase, they are hoping it is not too bad as Huberdeau was able to get up on his own power but there is still a chance he misses games because of this injury.
Huberdeau saw one of the sharpest declines last season going from 115 points to only 55. The Flames are relying on a bounceback from Huberdeau because if he does not, then the Matthew Tkachuk trade will continue to age poorly.
