Edmonton Fans Fight after Watching their team get Eliminated by Golden Knights
What do you do after watching your team get eliminated from the Stanley Cup playoffs at home? The answer for these people was get into a fight.
Fans of the Edmonton Oilers likely weren't too pleased after seeing their team get booted from the 2023 playoffs at the hands of the Vegas Golden Knights last night. Tempers flared in the stands, with several getting into it. This video shows a few swings, and at least two fans getting dragged down to different seating areas by the people they were getting tangled up with.
Not exactly a good luck, but it matters little now as no one will be at Rogers Place to watch the NHL again until September.
The Post Season
There's no question Edmonton was looking to go deeper in the playoffs, but their fate is a 4-2 series loss to the Vegas Golden Knights. The Knights advance to take on the winner of the Seattle - Dallas Series, with game 7 going tonight. The other two teams left are the Carolina Hurricanes and Florida Panthers.
