Jason Robertson Reveals Major Issue with Southern Teams
Yesterday was the first game of the Western Conference Final between the Golden Knights and the Stars.
The Golden Knights ended up winning in overtime to take the series lead.
As reported by Saad Yousuf, the conditions during the game were less than ideal.
The Ice Was Bad in Vegas
Many fans couldn't help but notice that the puck made awkward rebounds on the boards and sticks.
Jason Robertson even used that to his advantage on the first goal of the game:
Later, he commented on the situation:
Ice conditions were not ideal in game 1, but players weren't using that as an excuse.
"It's 95 degrees outside. They're trying their best to have the best ice possible. We're professionals and in the NHL. We should be able to skate on any ice."
The Stars will try to bounce back tomorrow and even the series.
