Mysterious Scene at Draft Lottery Puts the NHL in a Humiliating Spot

While not many were particularly thrilled with the outcome of the draft lottery, something else is on peoples' minds.
Mysterious Failure
The first 12 picks of the draft lottery went down without a hitch. Unfortunately, when it came to the final three, the NHL opted to go for a commercial break.
What then happened, however, was that Kevin Weekes announced that the Columbus Blue Jackets would be selecting third overall.
The severity of this cannot be discounted - it confirms that the draft lottery is pre-recorded, and raises questions around the legitimacy of the event.
"Kevin Weekes said Columbus got the 3rd pick and Daly hadn't even flipped or shown the card, and they went to commercial?!
Truly an embarrassing situation for the NHL.
