Hockey is a seriously fast and dangerous sport on every level of the ice. The high speed of the game constantly places the players in danger of suffering from serious injury. Just now during one KHL game, there was this terrifying moment when Gleb Kuzmin went headfirst into the boards.
Details about the 27-year-old's condition were not immediately available, but the incident sent fans in attendance into a state of shock in what had been a closely contested matchup.
