The Edmonton Oilers made their way to the Stanley Cup Finals. After losing to the Florida Panthers the team seems to be loading up to run it back. Shortly into free agency, the Oilers re-signed forward Adam Henrique.
The veteran forward was expected to have a large amount of teams looking into adding him to their organization. According to a new report, Adam Henrique turned down other lucrative offers to return back to the Oilers.
The Tampa Bay Lightning have majorly overhauled their roster this offseason and could've used a depth center like Adam Henrique. Instead, he will return to Edmonton and be a third-line center behind Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl.
