Jaromir Jagr Makes a Hilarious Statement on the Age Gap With His Girlfriend

Jaromir Jagr had his #68 jersey finally retired by the Pittsburgh Penguins on Sunday night. the 52-year-old practised with the team, had his jersey retirement ceremony, partook in warm ups with the team, and even joined the colour commentary on the NHL network. It was quite the day for one of the best players to ever play in the NHL. His ceremony was also full of hilarious quotes.
Jagr jokes about he and his girlfriends age difference
During the speech Jagr dropped a funny line, that drew many laughs and awkward smiles, about his relationship with his long time girlfriend Dominika Branisova. Branisova is a Czech model who is 23 years younger than him. In Czechia the couple made headlines when they were official.
"I would like to thank my girlfriend Dominia. She's too young to remember that I played for the Penguins but I told her all the stories, don't worry"

Sunday, February 18th, 2024, may mark the first day in a long time that Jaromir Jagr was cheered on the ice in Pittsburgh. Jagr was able to practice with the team the day before.
"I practiced with the team. I was pretty good."
Jagr was happy to hear the cheers and let the fans know how much he appreciated the day.
"Hearing the cheers. I don't even have to score. That's beautiful."
