After finding some great chemistry with Anaheim Ducks future superstar Trevor Zegras last season, many thought that Sonny Milano would stay with the Anaheim Ducks and continue to build off last season.
Milano put up career highs in both goals (14) and points (34) last season and many thought he would get a lengthy contract in free agency, but unfortunately over two-months in, he is forced to take a PTO.
One of the most active teams this offseason has been the Calgary Flames, trading away Matthew Tkachuk, bringing in Jonathan Huberdeau, Mackenzie Weegar and Nazem Kadri. It looks like they're not done either as they are bringing in Sonny Milano on a PTO.
