Marc-Andre Fleury has had one hell of a career. But to say it's been an interesting career would be putting it lightly. Fleury has 2 silver medals from the World Juniors (he will never live one of them down), then gets drafted 1st overall in 2003 to the Pittsburgh Penguins, where during his time he has 3 Stanley cups, and also won a gold-medal at the 2010 Olympics for team Canada at the teams 3rd goalie.

He was then gifted to the Vegas Golden Knights through the expansion draft where he took the team to the Finals in his first season, losing to his rival the Washington Capitals.

As a member of the Golden Knights, he won the William M. Jennings Trophy & Vezina trophy in the 2020-21 season, then was traded in the offseason to the Chicago Blackhawks for basically nothing.

He played fairly well as a member of the Blackhawks but had a losing record unfortunately, but was traded to the Minnesota Wild and has been spectacular!

Now by making the playoffs with the Minnesota Wild, you can add record holder to his resume. Marc-Andre Fleury has become the only player across all Major Sports Leagues to make the playoffs 16 consecutive seasons in a row.

With the Penguins clinching a playoff berth this season, Crosby & Malkin could have joined Fleury in this record, but they both missed the entire 2010-11 playoffs with injury.
