Bettman Speaks Out About Possibility of Relocating The Coyotes To Salt Lake City
The Arizona Coyotes' future has been more uncertain than ever since having their Tempe Arena proposal rejected. The Coyotes organization is adamant about staying in Arizona but is watching other options open up.
Today Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly spoke out about the possibility of Salt Lake City:
It is clear that Arizona is standing on its last legs and if they cannot find any place soon, Salt Lake City or somewhere else will take on the franchise and start there.
Even if Salt Lake City does not get a team because of relocation, it is rumored that they and Houston are favorites for a new expansion team with the NHL potentially being the first major sports team in North America to expand past 32 teams.
