Filip Sveningsson a 7th round pick in 2017 by the Calgary Flames, was given a 6 game suspension and fined roughly $1500 USD for this head shot on Emil Andrae, a 2nd round pick of the Philadelphia Flyers in 2020. The league ruled the hit was "careless" and "carries a high risk of injury."
