Now that it has been confirmed that Kyle Dubas won't return as GM, nothing seems certain in Toronto. Even the players don't seem to really know what's going on.
No One Knows What's Happening with Matthews
Reputed insider Elliotte Friedman reported something interesting on his podcast, leaving many fans wondering what's up.
"Friedman, on 32 Thoughts, reported that a current Maple Leafs player texted him to say that 'nobody is really sure' about what's going to happen with Matthews now that Dubas is gone lol."
The players aren't always up to speed on everything happening within their organization, but this is an important matter. If no one knows, that means we'll probably have to wait until an official announcement is made.
