A Hurricanes fan still seems to have a lot of belief in the team. That fan showed his belief by getting a horrible tattoo that predicts the Hurricanes winning the 2023 Stanley Cup.
Not only is the tattoo a terrible prediction with the Hurricanes needing to win four straight to move onto the finals, but the tattoo also has terrible line work and overall is not well done.
