Insider Reveals Calgary's Shocking Ask for Elias Lindholm
Elias Lindholm will cost an arm and a leg to get from Calgary.
Calgary's Ask For Lindholm
Recently Jimmy Murphy of Boston Hockey Now revealed some pivotal information regarding Calgary's ask for Elias Lindholm.
"If the Bruins want Lindholm, likely DeBrusk. They don't want any picks, and the Bruins have none. They want a scoring winger that can make up for Toffoli being traded. There's probably more that would be in that trade, but DeBrusk would be the target, I think." - Jimmy Murphy
Jake DeBrusk is coming off of a season nearly as successful as Lindholm's. In 64 games, he posted 50 points including 27 goals which translates to a 35-goal and 64-point pace.
Elias Lindholm scored 22 goals and 64 points in 80 games which is ever so slightly better than DeBrusk's point pace. However, Lindholm is one season removed from a 42-goal and 82-point year playing alongside stronger linemates. In addition to this, he is far stronger than DeBrusk defensively.
