The Boston Bruins were in Florida yesterday to take on the Panthers, and the blowout 6-2 score for the Bruins is not what everyone is talking about today.
During the game we saw on multiple occasions Matthew Tkachuk do what he does best, 'agitate' people.
At one point he ran into Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark, then tried to fight him, which created chaos on the ice.
Then there was this occasion, where an unsuspecting Garnett Hathaway took a late hit from Tkachuk, where Tkachuk came up from his blind side and gave him a dirty cross-check straight to the ribs.
When it comes to the style of play that Tkachuk brings, every team in the NHL wants it, but these are the types of dirty unnecessary plays that the league is trying to get rid of.
