After an incredible run with the Chicago Blackhawks, Patrick Kane was finally moved last season before unfortunately bowing out in disappointing fashion with the New York Rangers.
A veteran star
During that time in Chicago, Kane took the NHL by storm, becoming the highest scoring American born player in history, and while he's 34, he still has plenty to offer.
A season ago, Kane managed to play in 73 games, scoring 21 goals and 57 points between Chicago and New York, and now, NHL insider David Pagnotta has linked him to four top teams.
Many suitors
According to that report, Kane has four main suitors in the Boston Bruins, New York Islanders, Dallas Stars and Colorado Avalanche, all of whom have Stanley Cup goals in 2023-24.
It's not clear yet when he has any intention of signing a new deal, but with Edmonton and Buffalo still somewhat linked to Kane, the bidding war could escalate as training camp begins.
