The National Hockey League is always looking to increase revenue for the league and it's owners, and when a new team enters the league, it means more revenue for both.
While Gary Bettman did state it will be a few years before the league looks to expand from it's now 32 teams, there is always rumblings on where the next franchise should go.
There has been talks about a team returning to Quebec City, Houston is also a possibility, but according to NHL Insider Kevin Weekes, both of those places are not on the map.
Instead, it's a location where a team has already been, and failed, TWICE.
