While the Lightning did win this game, they had to do it without star center Brayden Point who re-injured himself after game 2. Also to add further worries for the Lightning, star winger Nikita Kucherov took a hit with about 5 minutes left the game and fell awkwardly and was forced to leave the game.

Lightning head coach Jon Cooper gave reporters an update today on both Point and Kucherov for game 4 on Wednesday.
According to Jon Cooper, Brayden Point is still considered day-to-day and doubts he will be available, but he thinks Nikita Kucherov will be able to play in Game 4 tomorrow.
If Point cannot play, this will mark the 12th game that Point has missed in these playoffs, which the Lightning went 9-2, and with Point in the lineup they have went 4-5.
