Corey Perry has had a hall of fame worthy career winning the Stanley cup with the Anaheim Ducks in 2007, multiple gold medals and now Perry is hoping to win one last cup before he calls it a career.
Perry's been effective for the Tampa Bay Lightning in his limited role. Perry had an eventful day already in game two, as during the warm ups he would take a shot, hit the crossbar and the puck would bounce back and smoke him in the face.
Perry laughed it off and just added it to the list of cuts he's had during his career. Apparently this cut must have been good luck because Perry would score the first goal of this game giving Tampa a 1-0 lead.
If Tampa bay makes the Stanley cup final, this would be Corey Perry's third straight year making the finals after failing with the Dallas Stars and Montreal Canadiens to the Tampa Bay Lightning. If you can't beat'em join them.
