Brady Tkachuk breaks an impressive record
The Ottawa Senators captain Brady Tkachuk broke an impressive record yesterday in a 4-3 loss against the New Jersey Devils.
Much like the rest of his family, Brady Tkachuk has always been good at playing a physical game on the ice. Often involved in post-whistle scrums and battles for the puck, he's also dropped the gloves in a few times in his career.
Last night, he achieved an impressive feat about the pyisical aspect of the game.
He landed an impressive total of 16 hits in one game, the highest number in NHL history.
"Here comes the BOOM 💥
Brady Tkachuk set the NHL record for most hits in a single game last night with 16"
You can watch all those hits in the video below:
Considering that the Senators have been eliminated from the playoff race a while ago, it's great to see the team's leaders continue to deliver solid performances. The future is bright in Ottawa. Despite a lot of adversity in recent seasons, expect things to change with the new management in office.
They'll be one of the teams to follow closely this summer.
Stay tuned.
