Simon is a 15-year NHL veteran who played for 7 NHL teams throughout his career. Most of his time in the league was spent with the Washington Capitals in the 1990s and early 2000s.
In total, during his career, Simon played 782 NHL games and had 305 points during that time. Simon was also considered a warrior during this time amassing over 1,000 penalty minutes.
