Reports are coming in that Max Comtois has found a new home. After being a centerpiece to the young rebuilding Ducks things went off the rails. He will now get another chance to prove he can contribute in the Pacific Division.
Comtois To Vegas
Max Comtois is reportedly joining the Vegas Golden Knights. According to Marc-Olivier Beaudoin, he will be signing a PTO with the Stanley Cup champions.
I'm told that Maxime Comtois might secure a professional tryout (PTO) with the Vegas Golden Knights. Nothing official yet, but it's heading in that direction!

With this deal reportedly in place Comtois will go from one of the worst teams in the NHL to the team that won it all. Vegas will try and find what has been missing from Comtois' game the last few seasons.
At his best, Comtois put up 33 points in 55 games. He is currently only 24 years old and likely still has his best hockey ahead. Maybe a change of scenery and a team that believes in his abilities will be all that Comtois needs to get back to his old self.
