BREAKING: NFL Forces Gary Bettman And The NHL To Reschedule Key Games
A new decision by the NFL and the state of New York has forced the NHL to reschedule to key games in their season.
NFL Forces Bettman And NHL To Reschedule Key Games
Earlier today it was announced that the NFL would have to move the Buffalo Bills matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers to Monday afternoon. The change comes due to high winds and a travel ban in Buffalo during the original Sunday afternoon game time.
This led the NHL to have to make a difficult decision. The Buffalo Sabres and Pittsburgh Penguins were scheduled to both play when the Bills and Steelers game will now take place. So instead of losing attendance and viewership on television Bettman and the NHL decided to move the games to new times that do not conflict with the NFL.
The change of all of these games now means that each of these cities will get a hockey appetizer to their NFL Playoff matchup against one another. Hopefully, all three games will live up to expectations.
