A new report from a Toronto media member has indicated that Ryan Reaves could be destined for the AHL in the coming days. This speculation comes after comments throwing the Toronto Maple Leafs under the bus.

Reaves To Be Sent To The AHL For Incriminating The Maple Leafs

This afternoon a report from Luke Fox of Sportsnet confirmed that the relationship between Ryan Reaves and the Toronto Maple Leafs has been damaged. As a result, Fox believes that the Maple Leafs could send Ryan Reaves to the AHL.

While F Ryan Reaves has been activated off of injured reserve by the Toronto Maple Leafs, Luke Fox of Sportsnet believes he will be placed on waivers because of his comments made earlier this week.

There seems to be some issues between the two sides as of late, and this could spell the quick end of Reaves in Toronto.

The next few days will be key in determining the future of Reaves in Toronto and potentially in the NHL. If he does not get back in the lineup soon a waiver announcement is likely coming. If he is placed on waivers another team would need to claim him for him to continue his career.
