We've seen a few players now refuse to attend training camp due to contract disputes and this is no different.
Already we've heard of Rasmus Sandin from the Toronto Maple Leafs and Jason Robertson from the Dallas Stars refuse to attend, but now the Vegas Golden Knights have someone refusing to play until he gets a contract as well.
Nicolas Hague was a 2nd round pick by the Vegas Golden Knights back in 2017 and is one of the only remaining players from that draft for Vegas that has made it to the NHL full-time and hasn't been traded away. Hague is currently a UFA and has yet to reach an agreement with the Golden Knights.
Here's the training camp roster/schedule.

Hague has never played in more than 52 games in a season and hasn't quite ''lit up the scoresheet' so his contract demands cannot be too high, but the problem for Vegas is they current have no cap space. It will be interesting to see how this turns out for Vegas.
