Breaking: Flames Hire New Head Coach
In the last few minutes, after weeks of rumors and speculations, the Calgary Flames made an official statement.
Flames Promote Assistant-Coach
The Calgary Flames have promoted Ryan Huska. He's been an assistan-coach in Calgary since 2018 and is now ready for more challenges.
"With #Flames expected to name Ryan Huska next head coach shortly, two-time AHL coach of the year Mitch Love has term on his contract with the Calgary organization, but plans to consider all of his options moving forward."
- Frank Seravalli
He'll have a lot on his plate, as Darryl Sutter left the team in quite a bad state.
