Breaking: Two Top Defensemen Out Long-Term in Florida
It's been a rough week for the Florida Panthers fans. After their team lost in the Finals, they've just learned some sad news about two of their top defensemen.
Two Defensemen Out Long-Term
Aaron Ekblad and Brandon Montour are both injured and the Cats don't expect them to be back in the lineup for a while.
"Ice Breakers 🧊🏒 Exact timeline TBD, but #FlaPanthers are not expecting to have both Aaron Ekblad and Brandon Montour well into next season.
That complicates Cats' search for help on D. They're looking for a high profile d-man ready to bet on himself."
Florida will certainly try to be active on the market, searching for a defenseman to fill that void left by Montour and Ekblad.
No details of their injuries were disclosed, but we'll keep you in the loop when new information comes out.
