The Boston Bruins defeated the St. Louis Blues in St. Louis today 4-3 in overtime. The big takeaway from the game has nothing to do with the final score though. Rather, fans have taken notice of a specific moment that happened during the broadcast in which the Bruins captain appeared to be embarrassed.

Marchand Embarrasses Himself On National Television

During the game, the broadcast would use clips of some of the players on each team introducing themselves and stating what their favorite team as a kid was. Bruins captain Brad Marchand was one of the players to do this and fans noticed something funny about his delivery of the lines.

You can feel the absolute 𝙋𝘼𝙄𝙉 in Brad Marchand's voice when he says his favorite team growing up was the Leafs 😭

Marchand could clearly be seen dropping his head and lowering his voice as he had to admit that the Leafs were his favorite team. Fans took notice of this as they took to social media to point it out.

Marchand Hits Career Milestone In Win Over Blues

However, it wasn't all bad for the Bruins captain today. Not only did he help his team secure a win, but he also achieved an impressive personal milestone as he scored his 900th career NHL point.
