Bedard Shares His Brutally Honest Thoughts On McDavid's Oilers
The Edmonton Oilers started the season on a monumental slide. They were disappointing in every aspect of the game.
Due to this, they fired head coach Jay Woodcroft. Since then they have begun to find their game and play better. Connor Bedard shared his opinion on which version of the Oilers we will see going forward.
This led to last night's highly anticipated matchup of Bedard vs. McDavid.
Battle Of The Connors Does Not Disappoint
A late-night matchup between two of the most electric players in the NHL lived up to the hype last night.
The game started off with Connor Bedard giving the Blackhawks the lead with his 12th goal of the year.
McDavid came back and showed his skill with an assist on the tying goal from Ryan Nugent-Hopkins.
After that tying goal, the Oilers would take control of the game. They went on to score three more unanswered goals and won 4-1. McDavid bested Bedard personally with 2 points to Bedard's 1.
This is the first chapter in a much-anticipated rivalry between the two sides. Connor Bedard will look to take back the momentum the next time they faceoff.
