Edmonton Oilers owner accused of paying underaged girls for sexual intercourse
While for the last few weeks we have been hearing all the news about the Hockey Canada sexual assault investigation, but now we are hearing about another scandal emerging.
Yesterday documents got replaced implicating Darryl Katz, the owner of the Edmonton Oilers, in a scandal that accuses him of paying a 17 year old girl for sex.
Court filing alledges Edmonton Oilers owner Daryl Katz paid $75,000 to a then underage girl for sex. Katz would have been 53 at the time.
Katz is listed as a 3rd party defendant, and not the main focus of the filing.

Also included in the documents were alleged text messages between the complainant and Katz.

After the Kyle Beach situation, Hockey Canada and now this, look for Gary Bettman to do something significant and severe to put an end to these types of actions with anyone related to anything in the NHL.
