Emotional Mitch Marner has a strong message for his teammates after the LOSS
Whether you hate the Toronto Maple Leafs or love them, watching players work as hard as they do, just to come up short every year is tough.
While many people love to see the Toronto Maple Leafs lose, these players are at the top of their game and for people like Matthews and Marner, they've been through this multiple times already and are now 0-10 in elimination games. You can't help but feel bad for them.
The Toronto Maple Leafs for the second year in a row had the chance to eliminate a team in game 6, and lost, then had the opportunity in game 7 and lost again.
Marner had these strong words for his teammates:
"We're getting sick and tired of feeling like this."
