Gary Bettman Caught Rigging Game After Making Another Terrible Decision
The Minnesota Wild versus Florida Panthers game was a high-scoring affair, but it appears Gary Bettman and the NHL may have given a helping hand to the Wild.
Panthers Outscore Wild at 5-on-5 But Lose Game
It's not every day that you see a team outscore another team at 5 on 5 and lose the game, but that is what happened last night to the Florida Panthers when they took on the Minnesota Wild. The Panthers were able to outscore the Wild 4-1 at even strength, but still went on to lose the game 6-4.
Outscored them 4-1 even strength (not including the ENG), idc what you say we win that game with Barkov on our PK and PP. Not to mention Minnesota got FIVE powerplays half of them questionable and multiple no calls for much worse against Florida. Jake Brenk 2 games in a row.
Clearly, the Wild took advantage of their powerplays, scoring on 5 of them and effectively winning the game with success.
Referee From Minnesota Helps Wild to Powerplay Win
It was realized after the game that one of the officials working the Wild versus Panthers game hailed from Minnesota. This is troublesome, as the Wild got a significant number of powerplays that effectively won them the game.
While the Wild obviously had to pull their own weight to score on the powerplays they were given, it doesn't help the case for the Panthers that the ref was from Minnesota. Panthers' fans will clearly be upset if they get this referee again when playing the Wild.
