A referee is currently facing backlash from fans after a recent decision involving Connor McDavid.
McDavid made a questionnable move to retrieve the puck in the offensive zone that could've easily ended with a penalty call.
The ref, who had a great spot to see the whole thing happen, was about to raise his arm, but changed his mind at the last minute.
