Insider Reveals Bombshell in the Kyle Dubas Situation
Rumors surrounding Kyle Dubas' next job are everywhere. Since his dismissal from the Maple Leafs, two events have led to widespread speculation about his future.
First, he made a statement, saying he would take some time with his family.

Second, he met with Sidney Crosby in Pittsburgh, a team in dire need of a new GM.

Now, an insider has reported that the chances of seeing Dubas work with the Penguins are high.
Dubas to join the Penguins?
According to Chris Johnston, there's a good chance that Dubas will move to Pittsburgh.
"I've heard from people not directly involved that it's about 98% certain that Dubas will be taking a job in Pittsburgh. I don't know if I can place my own percentage quite that high, but it seems like things are trending in that direction."
The Penguins are in a good position to get back on the winning track without having to completely rebuild the team. Some changes might be needed, but the core is already there.
Dubas would be more than qualified for this job.
