The Los Angeles Kings are prime to make a major trade offer to the Winnipeg Jets for Pierre-Luc Dubois, according to reports.

Kings poised to made splash for Dubois

According to Jets reporter Ken Wiebe, in an article for Sportsnet, says that the Jets are looking to move the RFA as soon as possible, and lists what will likely be expected as the most likely offer for the Forward.

Wiebe says that the centerpiece in a Dubois return from the Kings would most likely be Forwards Gabriel Vilardi and Quinton Byfield. Vivaldi, 23, had 23 Goals and 41 Points in 63 Games for Los Angeles this season. Byfield, 20, had 22 Points in 53 Games, but the 2020 2nd Overall Pick has grown immensely this season in maturity, being one of the younger players in his draft class, some have pegged Byfield as a player who can take a massive step next season.

Also mentioned by Wiebe is Defenseman Sean Durzi as a second piece. Also spoken about as a player of interest to Winnipeg is Helge Grans, but who has already been traded from the Kings to the Flyers in the three-team deal that sent Vladislav Gavrikov to LA.

It's not confirmed if there is going to be a Dubois deal soon, although it does appear as so. Dubois, 24, had 27 Goals and 63 Points in 73 Games for Winnipeg this season, and has been linked to numerous reams, including his hometown Montreal Canadiens.

It's expected that Winnipeg will let Dubois leave, but for the price, and to whom, is still unclear.
