Bruins head coach Montgomery announced that Jake DeBrusk won't play tonight because he was late to the team's meeting.
Drafted 14th overall in 2015, DeBrusk scored 50 points last season, including 27 goals.
Since the season started, the 27-year-old winger played three games and haven't been able to put his name on the scoresheet yet.
Before joining the Dallas Stars, Tyler Seguin was a member of the Boston Bruins. He missed a team breakfast and was scratched the next game.
Not long after those events, Seguin was traded to Dallas, where he thrived.
If the Bruins are getting tired of DeBrusk, a trade could be coming soon.
Updates will follow.
