Lightning goalie would not listen to Jon Cooper last night

Last night was definitely a game the Tampa Bay Lightning would like to forget, as they got lit up for 7 goals against, which rarely happens in the playoffs for the team that went to three straight Stanley Cup Finals.
The Maple Leafs scored in the first minute of the game and did not look back.
It has been reported that after the second period, Lightning coach Jon Cooper tried to pull his starting goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy, but he refused to leave the game.
Vasilevksiy has played a lot of hockey these past few seasons, so resting for the third period probably would have been smart, but he would not allow it.
Considered the best goalie in the National Hockey League, it's not often you see a team get that many goals past him, but you better believe he won't be letting that many in next game:
