Last night in the 3rd period between the Philadelphia Flyers and New York Islanders, things got a little hairy.
Alexander Romanov delivered a big hit which started this scrum. Tony DeAgenlo picked Oliver Wahlstrom and it looked like it was going to be an even fight, but once Wahlstrom got going he threw DeAngelo to the ice and wouldn't let him move.
After his days in New York, DeAngelo isn't the most popular guy in the league. Rumours of racial slurs and fights with teammates has definitely made fans against him. But since his time in Carolina he has stayed out of the media and just quietly put up offensive numbers, he's played hockey.
Well, last night he made headlines and fans are loving it!
