RUMOR: Patrick Kane's Choices Have Been Narrowed Down To Two Teams
A recent rumour has just surfaced that Patrick Kane has narrowed his choices down to two Stanley Cup-contending teams.
Kane Narrows His Decision Down to the Toronto Maple Leafs or the Dallas Stars
Patrick Kane has been one of the biggest talks of free agency throughout the summer and well into the season. Kane has been rehabilitating his hips after surgery this summer and has been patiently evaluating where his next home should be.
Now, according to this rumour making waves online, he appears to be choosing between Toronto and Dallas.
Patrick Kane UPDATE: down to two teams Dallas and Toronto. Kane is training in Toronto right now, definitely not a coincidence.
This is a departure from previous rumours that Kane wanted to sign in Buffalo (his hometown) or Detroit (for a reunion with DeBrincat).
Kane Signing in Toronto Is Not as Shocking as it May Seem
Toronto is always wrapped up in these rumours as they have the most media attention, however, there may be some merit to the rumours that Kane could sign there. Toronto is a legit Cup contender, and Kane has been working out and rehabilitating his hips in Toronto.
Chris Johnston reporting that Patrick Kane to Toronto is a real possibility, albeit a long-shot.
Hoping that Brad Treliving can work some of his magic to lure a 3-time Cup winner to the Leafs.
Time will tell who will win the Kane sweepstakes as he inches closer to signing a deal.
