Hockey games can get intense, especially in the playoffs. That's never a reason to threaten someone's livelihood or well-being. After an incredibly serious threat from Carolina Hurricanes fans, the Panthers now have police meeting them at the airport.
Fan Threatens Gudas Online
Radko Gudas is by no means a likable player, but threatening him and his family is a truly awful thing to do. One fan tweeted an image of a pipe bomb next to a screenshot of Radko Gudas' address, which implies that he was planning on bombing Gudas' house.
Authorities were notified of this serious offense and showed up at the airport where the Panthers were landing after returning home from Carolina.
The credibility of this threat is unknown, but it shouldn't be taken lightly either way. We hope everyone on the Panthers is safe, and whoever made the threat is found.
