On Sunday night when the Colorado Avalanche defeated the Tampa Bay Lightning in game 6 to win the 2022 Stanley Cup, we witnessed Nicolas Aubé-Kubel skating towards the rest of the team photo with the cup, when he fell and hit the cup on the ice causing a dent.
Yesterday a new photo was released when one of the players was raising it above his head to show the screaming crowd and we see another dent in it already.
The Avalanche are almost averaging a dent per day, pretty soon the cup is going to be squished like a pop can!
