The Intoxicated driver who crashed into Hockey teams bus and drove away has been IDENTIFIED and CHARGED

Incase you missed it, Saturday night a semi-truck crashed into a bus that was full of hockey players from a Chicago St. Ignatius College Prep team, which caused the bus to flip, injuring 16 people and putting 3 in critical condition.
The bus was leaving a local restaurant when it was hit and according to the reports, the semi-truck did not stop.
The students were part of a hockey team playing in a tournament in Culver about 110 miles southeast of Chicago. After having dinner in Warsaw, they were headed to a local hotel when a semi driver slammed into their bus.

The driver made it down the road a ways, and decided to take a rest in a ditch.
When the police arrived, they first noticed the strong small of alcohol. The driver refused to take a breathalyzer but is now in custody after failing a field sobriety test.
The driver has been identified as Victor Santos and has now been charged with a felony operating while intoxicated, causing serious bodily injury.
All students are in stable condition after their school bus was hit by a semi in Warsaw on Saturday. Police say the driver, 58-year-old Victor Santos is in custody after failing a field sobriety test. Saint Ignatius College Prep says this was a miracle
