Tkachuk's Health Plummeting
Matthew Tkachuk has been Florida's X-Factor all playoffs. His playoff-like style and knack for scoring goals around the net have resulted in him pulling the Panthers to the finals.
However, he has been banged up a lot of late and could potentially miss the rest of the playoffs if he does not power through the pain.
Keegan Kolesar laid this massive hit on Tkachuk back in game three and Tkachuk has not been the same since. He looks to have injured his shoulder and has been powering through the pain thus far.
His Game Five Status
After game four, Tkachuk was asked about the possibility of playing in game five and his answer is troubling.
«That's a tough question, I don't even know. I don't really want to talk about that right now.» - Tkachuk
Tkachuk could potentially miss game five and if he misses game five, he may miss the rest of the playoffs given how the Panthers are on the brink of elimination. If he misses a game, it is hard to see the Panthers winning but they certainly could because anything can happen in the playoffs.
