While the fame of an NHL player likely won't be on the level of the NBA or NFL anytime soon, they're still major names in the sporting world, but apparently, that doesn't mean much to some security guards.
A hilarious interaction
In a recent game, Dallas Stars veteran Tyler Seguin was simply going about his day and looking to enter the arena, but unfortunately, the security guard didn't quite believe him, leading to a hilarious photo of him being forced to prove his identity.
In the photo, Seguin is seen with a google image of himself smiling to prove to the security guard that he does indeed play on the Stars, and ultimately, all's well that ends well.
Major expectations
Unfortunately for the Stars, they're not quite this invisible when it comes to Stanley Cup predictions, as many have them as the best team in the Western Conference, meaning that 2023-24 is a season full of pressure and expectation for them.
If they are to make a deep run, getting a healthy Seguin all season long would be absolutely critical, as he has tallied 99 points over his past two seasons, and if he can continue contributing in the middle-six this season, this team will be a force to be reckoned with.
