Veteran Penguins Star Reveals His Plans For Retirement
In a recent interview, this Penguins veteran has revealed when he plans on retiring from the NHL.
When you think of the Pittsburgh Penguins, two key players come to mind that embodied the franchise over the last nearly two decades. Those players are Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin.
While Crosby gets most of the attention, Malkin has been his partner in crime throughout his entire career after being drafted by the Penguins in 2004. Malkin has put up 471 goals and 1,229 points in 1,063 career games with the Penguins and has helped them to 3 Stanley Cup Championships.

In a recent interview, Malkin revealed that he has planned out when his last year in the NHL will be.

The 37-year-old star still has lots to give the Penguins, after scoring 27 goals and 83 points in 82 games just last year. If he keeps this pace up, he will definitely be playing in 3 years' time.
