After the Kings took game one after a late game blunder by Mike Smith, the Oilers responded in game two with a shutout. The series was heading to Los Angeles for game three, except it seems like someone didn't give the Kings the memo because they didn't play last night. The Oilers were scoring at will led by Evander Kane with a hat trick. The Oilers built a 5-1 lead causing Kings head coach Toad Mclellan to give Johnathan Quick the hook.
The Kings would put Cal Petersen in net and after Ryan Nugent-Hopkins makes it's 6-2, you can hear one of the Kings players say:
"way to score you little F**king B*tch"
Clearly the Kings were frustrated, and the Oilers would add 2 more goals to the total just to add insult to injury.
