Wayne Gretzky will always be recognized as the greatest of all time, both for his playing career and his current role as an elite hockey analyst. Despite being known as a typically quiet individual, Gretzky surprised everyone during tonight's game between the Carolina Hurricanes and Florida Panthers with one of the most savage roasts ever witnessed.
During the intermission, Paul Bissonnette attempted to make a lighthearted jab at Gretzky regarding the Oilers' elimination from the playoffs. However, Gretzky stunned the hockey world with his brilliant comeback, leaving everyone laughing except Leafs fans.
Why would you take a shot at my Oilers when you got guys in Toronto on milk cartons?
Wow I didn't expect Wayne to say that, but I'm glad he did as it was absolutely the truth in Toronto.
