Alex Ovechkin drops Aaron Ekblad with a huge hit who leaves the game injured

The Washington Capitals are fighting for their lives right now against the Florida Panthers in game 6 of their best of 7.
Early in the first period Ovechkin laid a huge hit into Aaron Ekblad which sent him to the locker room injured.
Ekblad returned for the second period but was not at 100%. The game announcers noticed this right away and the Panthers were playing Ekblad in limited situations and minutes.
